Getting started with ChatWelo
A practical guide for an operator setting up an existing ChatWelo installation.
- Ask your workspace administrator for an invitation. ChatWelo currently uses invitation-based access rather than public self-service signup.
- Accept your invitation and sign in. Owners and administrators set up an authenticator app for two-factor sign-in, then configure websites, teams and teammates in the administration panel.
- Use the shared inbox to review incoming conversations. Open a conversation to read its history and reply.
